Health insurance may be claimed either as a reimbursement or as a cashless claim at one of the network hospitals . In order to register for a health insurance claim, individuals need to follow the below-mentioned steps:
Register A Claim

Call 1 800 266 4545 (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.) or submit Claim Intimation Form to intimate us about your claim with your policy details
Vehicle inspection will be conducted within 24 hours (if claim is reported on a working day), or on the next working day (if reported on a Sunday/public holiday)
All relevant documents to be submitted in accordance with terms & conditions
Cashless confirmation and settlement done directly at preferred network garage
Pay deductibles as per policy terms & take delivery of your vehicle
Repair vehicle and take delivery once you pay all the bills
Payment will be initiated within 7 days of receipt of all relevant documents in accordance with terms & conditions.

Settle all bills at the time of discharge and collect all relevant documents.
Submit all original documents and completed claim form within 30 days of discharge from hospital.
Post document verification, claim will be processed within 15 days.
